Our clinic created Minor & James Medical Cares to promote participation in charitable events by our employees. The employees are asked for input on which events to support clinic-wide. And, if an employee wants to build a team for an event that isn’t sponsored by the clinic, Minor & James will provide team t-shirts for everyone on their team and help with fundraising.

Minor & James Medical strives to participate and support as many charitable events as possible every year.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

On Saturday, June 21, a team of employees from Minor & James Medical participated in the Puget Sound Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Team Minor & James Cares raised over $2,400 for the event, which raised over $1.7 million in Seattle. We were the second place fundraising team in the healthcare and medical category! MJM employees not only ran and walked in the event, they were also found on the sidelines as volunteers. Manager Deanna Barrow manned a water station along the course and nurse Cheryl Scheeler helped out at registration.
