Dr. Ahmad is board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine and specializes in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, myositis, vasculitis and scleroderma.

Her patient/physician philosophy is as follows: " I believe in a team-oriented approach where patient and physician are partners in helping each individual patient find the best approach to achieving optimal health based not only on standardized guidelines but also on personal, motivating factors. I aim to maintain a comfortable, open environment where people feel heard."

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and husband, baking, reading and exercise.
