Dr. Cole is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, adolescent medicine and menopause therapy. She serves as the department chair of obstetrics and gynecology for Minor & James Medical and has been featured in Seattle Magazine and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine as one of Seattle's "Top Doctors."

Her patient/physician philosophy is as follows: "What drew me to the OB/GYN practice was the remarkable opportunity to take care of women through so many critical parts of their lives, from puberty through menopause. The long term relationships I have with my patients are often like lifelong friendships. I have learned many things in the 20 years I have been in practice...the most important ones are to listen and learn."

Her personal interests include spending time with her husband and two children, organic gardening and Northwest outdoor recreation.
