Dr. Goldberg is board certified in internal medicine, oncology and hematology and serves as the department chair of oncology and hematology for Minor & James Medical. He was recognized as one of Seattle's "Top Doctors" by Seattle Magazine and Seattle Magazine.

His patient/physician philosophy is as follows: "Look it up, don't make it up. If there is valid information, it is the physician's responsibility to find it and apply it intelligently."

His personal interests include family, Talmud and classical literature.
