I value holistic medicine. Each of us has individual physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. These needs may increase when facing a new challenge, or a new diagnosis. I strive to take care of the whole person.

Personal Interests:
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two little boys. I also enjoy being outdoors whether it be walking, jogging, playing soccer, hiking, rollerblading, camping or kayaking. In my spare time I like to scrapbook.
