To schedule or change an appointment by telephone you may call (206) 386-9522. The Scheduling Center hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. Before and after these hours, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned upon the start of the next business day. A TDD/TTY machine for the hearing impaired is accessible at (206) 386-9553.
For your convenience, you may schedule a follow-up appointment with a scheduler in the clinic waiting area during clinic hours.
Please have the following information available to schedule an appointment or procedure: full patient name, date of birth, which physician they will need to see, and the nature of the patient's visit.
If you have not previously seen any of our physicians, the scheduler will pre-register you in our computer system as the appointment is being made. If you have previously seen one of our physicians, the scheduler will verify current home and work information as well as insurance information. The scheduler will help you determine whether your insurance requires a referral and, if so, the necessary steps to obtain the referral prior to the appointment time.
All appointments are confirmed by telephone 2 days prior to the visit. If you must cancel an existing appointment, please call (206) 386-9522 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of your appointment.
