The senior wellness program at Minor & James Medical is dedicated to providing the best care possible for residents who live in a long-term care or retirement home setting. Our program is staffed by several physicians and nurse practitioners who are trained in the care of older individuals.

We tailor our care plan to meet your needs and will work with you on an outpatient, inpatient or long-term basis. The program has been in existence for over 10 years and has persisted through times of change within the health care arena. Some specifics of the care provided include comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments, family conferences, and coordination of care with other physicians and facility staff.
